The best currently is Kaspersky.
Norton is amongst the worst anti-virus. Some free (like avast) are much better. I also tried panda but my favorite is definitely kaspersky

Between the two, panda internet security is the better one. It has a better engine able to detect more viruses. It has an improved antispyware and firewall. It is also lighter than norton 360 although it somwhat still is heavy but not as heavy as before. Although norton detects some of the most nasty viruses, but overall it is not that impressive. Norton hogs system resources and is bloated (check the overall file system to be installed).
