okay, so if it did it. how come when i open pages it just keeps on alerting me over and over with the same message. I just want to be able to open the web browser in a normal website yet it is just giving me that blank page with the messg.

I'm assuming you installed Panda (either the antivirus, the antispyware, or both.) When Panda is installed it automatically turns on a Web Content Filter unless you tell it otherwise. At this point I'd suggest you open Panda and probably under Settings you should be able to adjust the firewall and internet protection levels.
