What does IP/TCP/UDP packets with headers with inconsistent data mean?

I just install Panda Software and my firewall showed this message ''IP/TCP/UDP packets with headers with inconsistent data'' and said the action was blocked. What does this mean?

This mean that your software firewall is checking the sizes of the tcp/udp packets that are being sent or recieved. These packets contain specific information that is always a specific size (Bytes) of information. If they are corrupted, or incorrect size, it will block the transmission.
