How do you uninstall MaAgent.exe?

I found a folder called MarkAny in my program files. After trying to delete it and uninstall the program I researched it on a few forums and found out it was a tracking device used to monitor MP3 downloads. It's not considered Malware so Panda and other virus protection software doesn't detect it.

What I need is detailed instructions on how to uninstall it from my PC?

after the download click on the screen icon to open it up.

once inside click on windows, then click on tools. scroll the list until you see ''markany'', highlight it and click on the uninstall button on the right. hope this helps, good luck
