Be Very Slow and Patient!!!
They are not the easiest animals to tame and they are very scared when you first take them home.
You need to be very slow with handling. Do not take him out of the cage for a few days, let him get used to all of the smells and sounds in hid new home for a while.
When you do decied to handle him, try to get him used to your hand. Put your hand in the cage and let him come to you and smell your hand, try to get him to take a treat from your hand. Once he takes the treat with no problems then you know it's time to take the next step.
Try to scoop him up inside of the cage and let him sit in your hands in his home, it makes him feel more comfortable.
When he sits comfortably, then you can try to take him out.
Be very patient, he is not going to like your hand in his cage at first and you may recive a little bite because he is scared. You just have to understand him and take time.
Handle him slowly everyday (once you get him used to you) and it will get easier on both of you after a while.
